Family owned and operated.
This journey began on June 1, 2007.
What a long strange trip it’s been………. (check back later for The Rest of the Story)!
We make most of our 31 flavors right here in our shop. Two of us make the ice cream in a big batch freezer. It then needs to “rest” for 24 hours in a flash freezer.
This is how it gets ready for hand scooping.
Our soft serve is the real deal. Ice cream from cream, not from a powder mix.
